How long does shipping take?
Orders usually arrive within 3-14 business days. Delivery times can vary depending on your country. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on most items. For those that do not include free shipping, the shipping costs will be calculated at check out. If you’d like your order faster, you can choose Express Shipping on most items at checkout for an additional amount.
Are your products covered by a warranty?

What payment methods do you accept?

What is your return policy?

Yes, we ship to most countries within Europe, some Middle East and Asian countries, Australia, New Zealand, and to the United States of America and Canada. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancel, contact us at contact@myfitnessjourney.com within 1 working day. After that, we may not be able to make changes to the order you've placed.
